There are no excuses.
You are living the life that you chose to live.
To change it, you must take action.
To improve oneself, consistency and control are key.

Do not fall into slothful ways, for that shall be your demise.

Make no mistake, it is the temptation of the easy path that you will chase; but when each fork in the road has been found, you will find your journey to feel meaningless.

For; no goal is achieved, nor is there resolution in your doubts and fears, but rather, you are alone no matter how many surround you.

The easy path will always in time prove meaningless in the face of your larger aspirations that you were too afraid to venture forth and pursue, to see the fruition of greatness that you once dreamed a possibility.

Do not starve oneself of dreams, for if one fails to imagine a better future, it is one they will never know they have lost.
