911 in the Cloud (comic)

This comic is in reference to a nationwide USA 911 outage (4-hours) that occurred after Microsoft purported to perform bad patches on Authentication Servers. (Occurred on 9/28/2020)

Being that a 2nd outage occurred on 10/01/2020 that was equally bad for India, it seems this was a state sanctioned test Attack/Hack by China or allies of them.
